I have to apologize...It's been like a week since my last blog...SORRY!!! I've been busying myself with summer duties...CANNING! And having a blast, I must add! The cucumbers that I grabbed at the Farmers Market last week are now these beautiful (and tasty) pickles. They've got a bit of a kick to 'em.
This is a new recipe I tried out. I had a few cucumbers from the garden this week, 2 onions, a green pepper, and a red pepper and needed to do something with them before they went bad..."poof" Sweet Pickled Relish... I just love taking pictures of these jars, all the colors look so, well, "summery"
